Articles on St. Paul as Liturgical Theologian
As its contribution to the Year of St. Paul, the Notre Dame Center for Liturgy is dedicating its June 2009 conference to exploring "Paul as Liturgical Theologian." Presentations will consider Paul's teachings on Christian worship and liturgy, and how the Church community's worship serves as matrix for his theology.
In the planning process, the committee has had many good discussions concerning Paul and various aspects of the liturgical life. These have become the basis of a series of ten articles that the Center is making freely available to interested parties.
You are welcome to duplicate these as you wish. They are each approximately five hundred words in length, and written in newspaper style. Five of them are ready now, and links to them are on the right side of this page; the remaining five will be posted in December.
For example, the diocesan paper for Fort Wayne/South Bend, Today’s
Catholic, is running them as a monthly series. Other parish and diocesan
venues may desire to use them, as well. And, you may choose to use all
or only some of them, according to your need.
You may also link to our website, either on your own site or by sending a
link via e- mail. We only ask that you credit these articles to the “Notre
Dame Center for Liturgy” and provide our website address, at liturgy.nd.edu.
